Service Description

Choosing the right foods and eating healthy can be confusing and intimidating! Let's work together to devise an individualized meal plan that works for and your family's needs. Recipes and grocery lists are included with weekly or monthly plans, or you can purchase one recipe at a time for $5.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens! If you can't make an appointment, I will do my best to reschedule and will add one more week to your program if need be (no more than one week).
